1. Acceptance of terms

By using WalkRideGo, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

WalkRideGo may offer paid subscriptions and other paid features. Pricing, billing terms, trial availability, and renewal terms are displayed at purchase and may vary by platform, region, or offer. Billing may be handled by Apple, Google Play, Stripe, or other authorized payment providers.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through the platform where you purchased (for example, Apple ID or Google Play subscriptions).
• Any unused portion of a free trial may be forfeited where permitted when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices, taxes, and available plans can change. Changes apply prospectively as permitted by law and platform rules.

4. Route data, navigation, and safety

Routes, maps, terrain/elevation details, comments, ratings, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. Conditions can change quickly, data can be incomplete or inaccurate, and suggested routes may not be safe or lawful for your activity. You are solely responsible for your decisions, conduct, and safety while using the service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including:

• Attempting to reverse engineer or disrupt the app or APIs.
• Uploading, posting, or sharing harmful, infringing, misleading, or illegal content.
• Using the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe activities.
• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfering with organizations, events, attendance tools, route sharing, or moderation features.

6. User content and licenses

You retain ownership of content you create or upload (including routes, photos, comments, and ratings). Routes you create are yours. You may choose to share your routes with others through service features and may export supported route files (such as GPX) where available. You control whether a route is private or published, and you can change that visibility setting at any time through supported app controls.

To operate the service, you grant WalkRideGo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display your content as needed to provide, improve, and secure the service.

7. Intellectual property

WalkRideGo and its content are owned by Vorsto Technologies Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse content without permission.

8. Third-party services and integrations

The service may rely on third-party services (including mapping/routing providers, payment processors, push notifications, media hosting/CDN, and optional Apple Health / Health Connect integration). WalkRideGo remains responsible for the core service we provide to you, and separate third-party terms and policies may also apply.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required by law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. WalkRideGo is not liable for damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated terms with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms of Service / Terms of Use (EULA).
