We do not sell personal data. We use third-party providers to operate the service, including mapping/routing providers (for map tiles, geocoding, and directions), payment/subscription platforms (e.g., Stripe, Apple, Google Play), media storage/CDN providers for uploaded route assets, push notification infrastructure, and device health platforms (Apple Health / Health Connect) only when you enable health sync.

We retain account, subscription, route, organization, and operational records while your account is active and as needed for service operations, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account, except where retention is required by law, security, fraud prevention, payment/subscription reconciliation, or dispute handling.

The mobile app may cache routes, plans, and related data for offline use. Cached data is stored on your device and may sync when connectivity is restored.
